L & A Lettings
Residential Lettings agency L & A Lettings required an online property listings website to promote the residential housing stock they had available to potential tenants. The portal acted as an information website. They also required a new website to enhance their company image as the old website was not fit for purpose.
The Challenge
L & A Lettings based in Wednesfield, Wolverhampton in the West Midlands needed a new website to enhance their online image, list their properties and provide tenants and landlords information.
What We Did
To overcome L & A Lettings challenges we created a bespoke high quality website design which met their business objectives. The graphic design once developed into a website would be used to link into a third party property portal to synchronize properties onto L & A Lettings website which they can manage through a back end Content Management System (CMS).
The Content Management System allows them to manage all information on all pages and their SEO for the website.

What We Achieved
We manage to integrate their third party property portal into their own website saving them time as they only have to input the property details once. We also allowed them access to a back end CMS system to enable them to make changes themselves.
